These grilled lemon garlic lobster tails are the perfect summer treat.  The perfectly grilled meat, savory and zesty butter make for a rich and decadent treat everyone will enjoy.  I get it, it’s expensive, but look for special deals at your local grocery store.  I know at my local Mariano’s they frequently has sales.

Step 1: How to make the best lemon garlic butter.

This refreshing butter is what gives zing to the dish.  Simple and delicious, you’ll never have lobster tails without it anymore.

In a mixing bowl, melt a stick of butter.  Add minced garlic, freshly squeezed lemon juice, chopped parsley and cajun seasoning

Step 2: Grill the lemon garlic lobster tails.

Lobster meat is very delicate.  It is very easy to over cook this expensive protein.

Start by cutting down the middle of the shell.  Separate and remove from the meat only leaving the tail attached.

Season with cajun seasoning and set aside while you get the grill going.

Preheat the grill to a high 450 degrees and set for direct heat.

Next, place the seasoned lobster tails on the grates meat down and grill 2 minutes per side. At the end brush the homemade butter over the grilled lemon garlic lobster tails for that final chefs kiss.  Enjoy!
