For the base, pour plain yogurt into a mixing bowl.
Next add minced ginger, garlic and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix it all together and start adding the spices: ground coriander, cumin, cayenne pepper, turmeric, garam masala and paprika.
Pull the skin off and cut slits on the meat for maximum flavor.
Let the chicken marinade overnight.
Preheat the grill to 350 degrees and set it for dual zone grilling.
Leave them on the grates 5 minutes per side to get some color
Move the grilled chicken to the indirect side and grill for another30 minutes or when the internal temperature of the meat reaches 175 degrees.
