Cut up a yellow and red bell pepper, and half of a yellow onion
For the marinade, in a mixing bowl, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, Bachan's sauce, corn starch and black pepper. Mix it well.
Cut your beef into bite size pieces and drop the beef into the marinade. Make sure all pieces are covered. Place the marinated beef in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your griddle to medium/high heat.
Place the chopped veggies on the heated flat top and season with Dad's All Purpose.
Drop the marinated beef strips next to the veggies and spread them apart making sure each strip is getting a nice char. Continuously flip them hibachi style. Start mixing the beef and veggies together.
Add minced garlic to the mix. Continue cooking until the beef is cooked.
Remove the beef and veggie mix from the grill after 3 minutes.
Serve the beef and veggies over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
