Cube up a boneless petite pork shoulder roast and pass it through the food processor. Add some water and all purposeBBQ seasoning and continue to mix until you reach a smooth meaty texture.
Scoop out the pork paste and shape it into 4 equal sized oval patties. Place them on parchment paper and set it in the freezer to allow the meat to firm up.
Preheat the grill to 450 degrees and set it for direct heat. After the meat patties have firmed up, place them on the grill and cook 3-5 minutes per side or until the internal temperature of the pork is 165 degrees.
Before removing the patty off the grill, brush both sides with some BBQ Sauce.
Serve in a soft sub bun with dill cucumber chips, onion and more sauce.
