Pound chicken breasts for even thickness throughout or filet them into 2 thinner pieces.
Coat the breasts with olive oil for the binder and season both sides with 2 tbsp's of Lemon and Pepper seasoning.
Preheat the grill to 400 degrees and set it for direct heat.
Grill 5 minutes per side or until the internal temp of the chicken breasts reach 160 degrees. Remove it off the grill and let it rest.
For the sauce, in a sauce pan, melt a stick of butter. Add in chicken broth and freshly squeezed juice from 2 lemons. To add a little more flavor, add some lemon zest to the mix. Next, sprinkle 1 tbsp of lemon pepper seasoning, capers and agave sauce. Mix the ingredients together until it reaches a boil.
To grill the perfect baby broccoli coat it with olive oil and kosher salt. Toss the veggies and throw them on the grill grates. Turn after a minute on the grill and remove once the grill marks appear.
