In a mixing bowl, add shredded leftover turkey, gravy, 1/2 tbsp all purpose seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese and veggies. Mix all the ingredients together and set aside.
Take the biscuits out from the packaging and flatten each one out. You can use a rolling pin or your hands.
Add a spoon full of the filling onto each one and close it shut but pinching the ends together.
Grease up a cast iron skillet and place the filled biscuit balls inside, makings sure to space them out evenly.
Brush the tops with melted butter and season with the Italian or Steak seasoning.
Preheat the grill to 350 degrees and set for indirect heat.
Place the skillet on the grill and cook for 20-30 minutes or until the outer biscuit crust gets a nice golden brown.
Remove them from the grill, let them cool and enjoy.
