These grilled honey mustard chicken tenders are a great way to change up the same old boring recipes with a little sweet and savoriness.

For the marinade, in a mixing bowl, add dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, freshly squeezed lemon juice and Dad's All Purpose rub. Whisk the ingredients together and set aside.
Place the chicken tenders in a ziplock bag and pour 3/4 of the honey mustard marinade over the chicken.
Place the bag in the fridge for at least 1 hour. For best results, marinate over night.
Preheat the grill to high direct heat.
Place the marinade honey mustard chicken tenders on the grates and grill about 3 -4 minutes per side. Once the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, remove this off the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
Before serving, pour the remaining marinate over the grilled chicken.
