Honey Garlic Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Instructions
Split whole 3 piece wings into sections orpurchase already pre-cut wing pieces.
In a large bowl, toss in olive oil and season them with equal parts salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.
Heat up the Big Green Egg grill to 350 degrees direct heat and place them onto elevated grates.
Make sure to flip sides every 5 minutes for about 35-40 minutes or until wings reach an internal temperature of190-195 degrees.
Make the honey and garlic sauce.
In a sauce pan add a stick of butter, minced garlic, minced ginger, honey, soy sauce and juice from 1 lemon.
Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes for that butter to melt and to allow all the ingredients to mix nicely together.
Once the wings are cooked, place them in a large bowl and toss with that delicious, fragrant sauce.
Top the wings with some chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
