Add the olive oil, onion and jalapeno to a Dutch oven or a large pot. Sauté over medium heat until the onion is translucent in color.
Add in the ground beef, break it apart and brow. Add seasonings and mix.
Make space in the middle of the dutch oven and add in the tomato paste and minced garlic. Mix everything together and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add in the broths, W sauce, diced potatoes and and bring to a boil. Cover and cook until the potatoes are fork tender.
Once the potatoes are cooked, add the drained beans, peas and carrots, and corn. Mix and taste. Add more seasoning, salt or heat to make it perfect for you.
Simmer for 5 more minutes and serve. Enjoy!

Use Yukon Golden Potatoes. Their thin skins is perfect for cooking and eating whole.Do not overcook the potatoes or they will become mushy.Use a equal mix of chicken and beef broth for a rich but not overpowering savory flavor.Add hot sauce for more heat.
