Grilled Salmon Bites

Lately, I’ve been testing a few salmon marinates and this recipe is by far the best! I tried all types of flavor profiles and ingredients and learned the simpler the better.

Ingredients

2 lbs Center cut salmon
16 oz Bachan's BBQ sauce
1 tbsp Rice vinegar
1/4 cup Brown sugar

Instructions

Start by cutting up the salmon filets into even sized cubes.
Place the cubed salmon bites into a mixing bowl and pour in most of the Bachan's sauce, rice vinegar and brown sugar.
Mix together all the ingredients by folding the fish cubes into the sauce.
Set these aside for at least an hour or more, depending on your preference, and let the salmon cubes marinate in the sauce.
Heat up the grill to 400 degrees.
Evenly distribute the salmon bites onto a wire rack and place on the grill on indirect heat.
Once the grilled salmon bites reach 140 degrees internal temperature, take them off the grill. The total cooking process should take about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with some toasted sesame seeds and parsley and enjoy.
