Start with the glaze. In a bowl, add melted butter, honey, cajun seasoning, minced garlic and mix all together.
To make the foil boat, pull out a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil, enough to cover the entire fish, and roll up the edges to create a wall for the boat.
Pour that glaze all over the salmon and it's ready to hit the grill.
Heat up the grill to 350 degrees indirect heat.
Grill the salmon for 15-20 minutes until the fish reaches 130 degrees internally.
Remove off the grill and let it rest for another 10 minutes.
