Remove the ribs from the packaging and pat them dry.
Remove the membrane and cut between each bone to make individual ribs.
Generously season the ribs with All Purpose and Sweet BBQ seasonings.
In a sauce pan, combine all the sauce ingredients and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
Set up the grill for dual zone grilling and preheat to 400 degrees.
Place the ribs over direct side first.
Sear them, flipping them every minute to ensure an even crust throughout.
Next, move them to the indirect side and brush them with the fire cracker sauce.
Continue cooking until they reach an internal temp of 195-200 degrees.
Remove them from the grill, rest 10 minutes and pour the remaining fire cracker sauce over the finished ribs. Enjoy!
