Preheat the grill to hight indirect heat around 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Drizzle some olive oil over the flat surface and wait until it gets super hot.
Drop the seasoned steak tips on the griddle and spread them apart making sure each piece has space.
Wait 1-2 minutes and flip the steak pieces. Once the internal temp reaches 130 degrees, remove the bites from the grill and let them rest.
Place a sauce pan on the hot griddle or over the stove top. Drop in 1 stick of butter, minced garlic and pre-measured seasonings include cayenne pepper, paprika and crushed red pepper flakes.
Once the butter is melted, remove it from from the hot surface, drop in the chopped herbs and mix.
Pour the rich, creamy and spicy sauce all over the perfectly grilled steak bites. Give it a toss and serve on a serving dish.
