2tbspJalapeno Ranch seasoning or plain Ranch seasoning
2tbspRanch dressing
1tbspOlive oil
Instructions
Season both sides of the chicken with the Jalapeno Ranch seasoning and set aside to allow the rub to absorb into the meat.
Preheat the griddle to a medium heat and place bacon strips on the flat top.
Place the seasoned chicken thighs on the griddle and cook 2-3 minutes per side until the internal temp reaches 160 degrees.
Next, place a slice of cheese over each chicken piece and let it melt. Remove chicken melts off the griddle once the internal temperature reaches 175 degrees.
Toast up the slider buns.
To assemble the chicken bacon ranch sliders, start with a light layer of ranch dressing, followed by the perfectly cooked cheesy chicken and a few slices of bacon.
