Ingredients

Cheese Stuffed Beef Patties

Whole White Onion

Slices of Thick Cut Bacon
4
Slices of American Cheese
8
Slices of Buttermilk Bread

BBQ Sauce
Instructions
To get started, fire up your griddle to medium heat.
Take a few strips of the double smoked thick cut bacon from
Swift Meats,
and place them directly on the griddle to crisp up.
Slice a whole white onion and throw on the griddle in that rendered bacon fat and sauté until golden brown.
Place the patties on the griddle and season with salt, pepper and garlic. Cook 4 minutes per side.
Add a slice of cheese on each patty
Finally, toast up the bread in that same grease for a crispy bite.
To assemble, start with the toast and add 1/4 tbsp of BBQ sauce
on each sandwich
Add in the patty, 2 slices of bacon, a spoon full of the sautéed onions, a little bit more bbq sauce and close with another toast.
