Balsamic Tomato Salad

Summer is in full swing which means grilling season is here!  There is nothing better than a great tasting side to go with grilled protein

Ingredients

  • 4 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Salt and Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Start off with cutting the tomatoes into bitesize chunks and slice half a red onion
  • Next top with the brown sugar and add in all the spices and liquids. 
  • Mix it all together and you are done
