Staring with a large pieces of skinless pork belly, cut it into 1” wide strips, skewer it and season with your favorite bbq rub.
Preheat the grill to 250 degrees and set for indirect heat.
Place the skewers on the grill and grill until they hit around190-195 internal temperature.
In saucepan, add the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic and minced ginger, honey, rice vinegar, Sambal chili paste and brown sugar. Mix everything together and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes.⠀
Brush the sauce on the pork belly at the very end and cook for 10 more minutes. Allow the sauce to caramelize and get nice and sticky. Remove the skewers from the grill, top with some sesame seeds and enjoy!
