One of my childhood favorites, piled on top of a soft baked potato. The perfect meal!

To start, dice up a bell pepper, onion and green chilis, add minced garlic, chili powder, 1 tbsp salt and beef broth into a dutch oven.
Take the entire block, season with 1 tbsp salt and pepper and mix it all together forming a loaf like shape. Place it on a wire rack and over the veggie mix.
Poke a few holes around the potato with a fork.
Preheat the grill to 250 degree and set for indirect heat. Place the dutch oven and potatoes on the grill and let if cook for about 2 hours or until the beef reaches 160 degrees internally.
Oncethe beef has reached its temperature, remove it off the grill and crumble the beef into the veggie mix. Add ketchup, tomato paste, yellow mustard, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Mix it all together and put it back on the grill for another 15 minutes.
For the jalapeno lime crema, in a blender add, sour cream, heavy cream, a pitted jalaneno, freshly squeezed lime juice and salt. Blend the ingredients together until it reaches a smooth liquid consistency.
