In a mixing bowl, add dill pickle mustard, shredded parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, chopped up green onion and Dad's All Purpose seasoning. Mix the ingredients together and set aside.
To prep the salmon, slice off the thinner sides and ends to end up with an even piece. Next slice the filet into individual portions.
Cover all sides of the salmon with the dill mustard sauce.
Preheat the grill to a medium heat and set for dual zone cooking.
If you purchased a large cedar plank, cut it to size. Make sure it will fit the grill. Next, cure it by warming up the sides over the direct heat side to prevent the wood from warping.
Place the dill mustard covered salmon on the plank and place it on the grill on the indirect side.
Total cooking time will range from cooking within 10-15 minutes. Once the internal temperature reaches 135 degrees Fahrenheit, remove it from the grill.
Let it rest 5 minutes.
Chop up some fresh dill, sprinkle over the salmon and enjoy
Notes
If you cannot find dill mustard anywhere and wan to achieve the same flavor as my recipe, mix regular yellow mustard with dill and pickle juice.
Purchase a long cedar plank instead of the pre-packed planks to save some money. Reuse the left over on a different cook.
