Steak Instructions
Preheat the griddle to a medium heat and spread olive oil on the flat top.
Chop a white onion into bite size cubes and throw it on one side of the grill. Season with salt and pepper and flip it around to ensure some nice color on all sides.
On the other side of the griddle, over high heat, add in the thinly sliced ribeye. Using griddle spatulas, separate the slices and start slicing the ribeye into small bite size pieces. Season with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder and continue to flip making sure to cook all side.
Once the ribeye is cooked, mix in the onions and continue flipping until you get some nice crust around edges of the meat.
Slice open the buns and toast the inside directly on the griddle for a nice texture.
Lightly smear some of the cheez whiz on the inside on of the freshly toasted bun, place it over the sectioned off grilled steak cuts and using a spatula, flip the sandwich around. Add in a generous coating of the cheez whiz
