In a large container or bowl, add the pickle juice and Worcestershire sauce. Add the chicken thighs, give everything a mix and let it marinate for at least 1 hour, ideally 3-4.
Preheat the grill to a high 425 degrees Fahrenheit and set it for dual zone grilling.
Remove the chicken from the brine, shake off any excess liquid and season both sides with Dad's All Purpose rub.
Place the chicken thighs on the indirect heat side of the grill, skin side up and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Move the chicken to the direct side of the grill and start it skin side up. Cook for 2-3 minutes, flip and repeat the process until the chicken reaches 175 degrees internal.
If the grill is flaring up too much, move the chicken back tot he indirect heat side.
Remove from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes.
To make the sauce, combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
