Roughly chop up all the veggies and cut the sausage into bite sized pieces.
Preheat the griddle to a medium high heat and drop in the sausage and ground beef.
Flip the sausage to build a nice crust all around. After 2-3 minutes, flip the block of ground beef and repeat the searing on the other side.
When the beef is seared on both sides, break it down and cook until no longer pink. Mix it with the seared sausage.
Next add in the tomato paste and slowly start mixing it with the beef and sausage. Cook for 2-3 minutes to cook out the raw tomato taste.
Add the minced garlic, and the all purpose and taco seasonings. Mix well.
Finally, add in the chopped veggies, including the cabbage. Add the W sauce, beef broth and mix everything well.
Close the lid to the griddle and let it cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes. This will saute the veggies, get the cabbage nice and tender, and build that nice seared crust on the edges of the cabbage.
After about 15 minutes, check on the texture of the cabbage. If it's soft enough but still has some firmness remove everything from the griddle and serve. Enjoy!
Notes
Use any ground protein. For a leaner option go with ground Turkey or Chicken. When shopping for cabbage - try to find one that is smaller in size.
