Coat the raw chicken wing pieces in olive oil and season them with Dad's All Purpose rub.
Heat up the grill to 375 degrees and set it for indirect heat.
Place the seasoned wings on the grates and grill for 45-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 180 degrees. Flip the wings half way through to ensure an even cook throughout.
Remove off the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes.
First, in a bowl, add mayo, freshly grated parmesan cheese and a dash of apple cider vinegar. Mix the ingredients together.
Next, in a saucepan, add butter, a lot of freshly minced garlic, Dad's All Purpose rub and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes. Melt the butter over allow heat.
Finally, pour the butter mixture into the mayo sauce and whisk until everything is blended together.
Toss the wings in the homemade garlic parmesan sauce and serve.
