Easy Grilled Pork Chops
With a simple brine and hot grill, these Easy Grilled Pork Chops will leave your meat perfectly tender and juicy. Perfect weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Bone-in pork chops
2
cups
Apple juice

Apple cider vinegar

All Purpose seasoning

tbsp
Sweet BBQ seasoning
Instructions
In a large bowl, add apple cider vinegar, apple juice and all purpose seasoning. Mix the ingredients together.
Score the fat cap on the pork chops. Place them in the brine and store in the fridge fro 1-2 hours.
Remove the brined pork chops from the liquid and pat them dry. Season with the Sweet BBQ rub.
Preheat the grill to a high 400 degrees and dual zone grilling.
Place the pork chops on the direct heat side. Flip every minute until you build a nice sear on all sides. Total cook time will be around 8-10 minutes.
Remove once the internal temperature reads 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
Rest 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
