Dice up the red bell pepper and yellow onion and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add a can of tomato sauce,Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, brown sugar and Dad's All Purpose rub. Whisk the ingredients together and set aside.
And finally mix the cornbread based on the boxed instructions.
Place the skillet on the grates and place the entire beef block onto the skillet to build a crust on the bottom. Season with Dad's All Purpose rub and start to break apart the ground beef block. Continue turning until the meat is fully cooked.
Drop in the chopped veggies continue mixing until soft and pour in the sweet tomato sauce.
Finally, it's time to add the cornbread. Move the cast iron skillet to the indirect side. Cover the top of the filled skillet with the corn bread batter. Do not mix with the meat. Grill for about 20 minutes until the cornbread is golden brown in color.
