Start by pealing the the pearl onions, garlic cloves and mushrooms.
Cube the beef tenderloin into small bite size cubes, drizzle with olive oil and season with Dad's steak seasoning.
Preheat the grill to high direct heat. Place a cast iron skillet over the grate, add some olive oil and let it heat up.
Place the beef tips into the skillet and sear 1 minute per side. Make sure to get all sides. Remove from meat from the skillet.
In the same cast iron skillet, add beef broth, red wine and half a stick of butter. Stir and wait for the butter to melt.
Next add in sliced mushrooms, pealed pear onions, garlic gloves or minced garlic, and Dad's steak seasoning for an extra punch of flavor.
When the veggies are soft, add the seared beef tenderloin tips back into the skillet. Add 1/2 stick of butter, fresh rosemary and thyme and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Sprinkle some freshly chopped parsley over the beef tenderloin tips is a red wine sauce and serve. Enjoy!

For an more economical meal, pick a chuck roast.Do not use an expensive bottle of wine. The contents will be cooked off.
