Ingredients

Cabbage head

Ginger paste

Minced garlic

Soy sauce

Oyster sauce

Sesame oil

Rice vinegar
Instructions
Start by thinly slicing a whole head of cabbage, shred a few carrots and finely cut a red onion.
Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat around
375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add some oil to the surface and let it warm up.
Place the ground beef brick on the hot surface and let the bottom sear for
2-3 minutes
before flipping. Repeat on the other side.
Start breaking down the ground beef and cook until the there is not pink meat.
Add the shredded veggies next to the meat to cook and soften.
Mix the veggies and beef together.
Add ginger paste, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and rice vinegar. Mix everything together and give it a taste test.
Serve in a bowl with some Bachan's sauce, toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onion. Enjoy!
Notes
Use ground pork or turkey for the protein.
You can use a pre-sliced coleslaw mix to make it easier and faster.
Use pre-shredded carrots for speed.
