Cut the steak into 1 inch cubes. Next cube up some bell peppers, red onion and white mushroom caps to the bowl.
Season everything with Dad's Steak seasoning and toss around in a bowl to ensure an even coating throughout.
Skewer the ingredients.
Set the grill to high direct heat at 450 degrees.
Place the beef skewers on the grill and flip every minute for a total of 5 minutes or until the meat reaches 130 degrees internal temp.
Melt a stick of butter in a cast iron skillet on the hot grill and add in minced garlic. Mix the ingredients together and brush the sauce over the grilled steak and veggies.
