Hot Wings with TRUFF Sauce

  • 1 pkg Chicken Wings
  • 1/2 stick Butter
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 cup TRUFF Sauce
  • 1 tbsp White Vinegar


Grill the chicken wings

  • To get started, in a large bowl, toss the chicken wings in olive oil and season them with equal parts salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.
  • Heat up the Big Green Egg grill to 375 degrees indirect heat and place the wings onto the grates.
  • Make sure to flip sides at about half way into the grilling process for a total cook time of about 1 hour or until wings reach an internal temperature of 190-195 degrees.

How to make the Hot TRUFF Sauce

  • In a sauce pan add half a stick of butterā£, TRUFF Sauce and a splash of white vinegar.
  • Let the ingredients simmer over low heat for 10 minutes for the butter to melt and mix nicely together for that perfect wing coating.
  • Once the wings are cooked, place them in a large bowl and toss with that delicious, fragrant buttery sauce.
