The new grilling HQ is almost complete. The new countertops were delivered today and they look AWESOME! They are made from quartz by @caesarstoneus and are perfect for my outdoor application. Weather, stain and scratch resistant, they should hold up great to my daily use. The fabrication and installation was done by @stone_masters . If �you guys are local and need some work done, be sure to check them out. Great quality and service.

Let’s make some teriyaki marinated pork belly bo

Let’s make some teriyaki marinated pork belly bowls with @swift__meats pork belly!⁣

My son loves these teriyaki flavors and he’s helping me out today. To make the marinade, combine ½ cup soy sauce, ¼ cup brown sugar, 1 tbsp ginger, 1 tbsp garlic, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp sesame oil and ½ cup water. Pour the mixture over the pork belly and let it marinate for 3-4 hours in the fridge.⁣
⁣
When ready, the pork belly hits the grill at 250 degrees, indirect heat, for 3-4 hours until it reaches an internal temp of 200 degrees. Pull it off, let it rest for 10 minutes and slice it up.⁣
⁣
Place the pork belly over rice, top with your favorite veggies and enjoy! It will turn out delicious!
