Hey! I'm Maciek. I make easy meals that anyone can replicate at home. I’m not a professionally trained chef, just your average guy that likes to fire up the grill.

Looking to elevate your standard buffalo wings? Look no further than these hot wings with TRUFF sauce!  We like to call it the TRUFFalo recipe! The complex combination of truffles and hot sauce, smooth and slightly sweet, TRUFF elevates every dish.

Grill the chicken wings first.

To get started, in a large bowl, toss the chicken wings in olive oil and season with equal parts salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.

If you get full 3 piece wings, start by separating them directly in the center of the joint and cutting along the center with your knife.

Heat up the Big Green Egg grill to 375 degrees indirect heat and place the wings onto the grates. Total cook time will be an 1 hour or until wings reach an internal temperature of 190-195 degrees. Make sure to flip the wings over at about half way into the grilling process which will help create a crispy skin on all sides

How to make the buttery TRUFF hot Sauce

While the wings are on the grill, it’s time to make the sauce.  In a sauce pan, add half a stick of butter⁣, TRUFF Hot Sauce and a splash of white vinegar. Let the ingredients simmer over low heat for 10 minutes for the butter to melt and mix nicely together for that perfect wing coating.  The aroma from this sauce fills the kitchen with that buttery truffle scent. Trust me, you’ll be salivating before this recipe is done!

Time to sauce up the chicken wings and eat!

Finally, time to toss the wings in the TRUFFalo sauce!  Once the wings are cooked, place them in a large bowl and toss with that delicious, fragrant buttery hot sauce. The butter adds richness and creaminess to offset the heat from the sauce. Make sure to coat all sides for that optimal flavor with each bite.

Serve and enjoy those hot wings with TRUFF sauce.!
